Quick and easy service, good, well maintained late model cars, some with a few dings, but all in great shape. I like the place and the people.
This is by fair the worst experience I have renting a car. I was not told amongst signing that I would get harassed just being an hour late!! I was not told that at the time of renting I had to make a choice at that moment for unlimited mileage or not unlimited mileage and was charged more for the miles. I was not told that if I leave my car overnight in the car lot that it would be TOWED!! David is an extremist that goes to the absolute worst case when dealing with customers probably due to one case and placing them all in the same boat. I feel this place needs a revamp of management and reality check before someone truly hurt them. No one rents a car, pays for tge rental and then come back to pick their car up from a tow lot because the manager thinks you ain't going to pay him for the balance which was only $50 bucks..like if I did not care about my life I promise the anger level that I was on would have resulted in assault. Trust me I will not recommend this place to my worst enemy. And the employees you look stupid too because you work there.
Recently rented a 15 passenger van. First thing we see wrong is the seat arm rest is badly cracked. This makes for a uncomfortable drive. Second thing was a little on me for not spotting on pickup but as soon as it started raining I noticed the van to be twitchy, the left rear tire was way below the tread wear indicators almost bald. I call the rental agent immediately and he said we look the over you should be ok?Third was the old wipers so bad I almost bought a pair myself, so hard to drive. Oh and a check engine light.
I love their customer service. David and Michael are wonderful people. Their rentals are very clean and affordable. Would refer and recommand anyone to there company
