This Enterprise location was very customer friendly and helpful. I have had a major issue with my car for sometime and they have been supportive and looked out for making my rental experience a positive one. The issue I have is with after 3 months renting and paying over $2,000 I am not getting credit as an Enterprise Plus member. I would appreciate someone on a corporate customer service level to please reach out to me. I have tried addressing it via website to no satisfaction. The local office is 5 Star so the stars are for them. I can't say the same for those I have dealt with via email.

Above and beyond the call of duty in customer service. The young gentlemen, Justin at the Gate City Blv downtown location did a superb job in getting me in a nice rental for the Easter weekend. He made sure that I was comfortable and well pleased with my selection. You really should add one more star to this category,he deserves it.
Good customer service. Had an issue with insurance and they took care of it immediately. Great manager. She was very kind.
When I contacted the downtown office in Greensboro N C I asked to be picked up at 5pm. They showed at 5:30. I did not get back from my pickup until 6:30 making me late. When I returned the car I told them about this and Terrance said they would not charge me for one day. I agreed. They were professional in this and I would rent from both this office and the company
