Very disappointing. No car was available when I arrived. Had to wait 45 minuets for car. I was then charged for two extra days when I returned the car. I tried to call the local office but got nothing but the run around and placed on hold in and they never came back to the call. Overall National has given me ok service but I’ll never use the Greensboro NC agency again.
This is one of the best National Car rental locations I go to. Great service and excellent car selection. Keep up the good work!
Emerald club is great! I got a great suv for driving through the mountains. Quick No hassle pick up and dropped off a day early because Business was concluded and got my receipt emailed to me.
I am very happy with the service I received at this facility. Check in was less than 10 minutes, and we were driving away! The csr was super nice and very efficient. He made the whole process stress free. National Car rental had the best rate at the Greensboro, N.C. airport. And trust me, I called them ALL! I appreciate good service, so the next time I need a rental I will be sure to call National!
I used the National Car Rental at the Airport, and it could not have been easier. I even got a better car than I expected, which is really nice - I don't travel ALOT, but enough to appreciate an upgrade without costing More money. "DOUBLE D" checked me in, when I returned my car, and he was Awesome - very nice, gave direct instructions on where to park, didn't make me jump through any Hoops, he had me checked in and ready to go before I had my bags out of the car. I look forward to more experiences like this one. The Car was Clean, well maintained, and drove Very well. Thank You!
