Ann was amazing - so friendly, funny and very helpful. Our flight was canceled so we decided to keep our car and drive home. Ann was right on it and got us on our way quickly with a smile!! Very enjoyable customer experience when working with someone like Ann.
Local residents rented a car through priceline. Got to the airport and they wouldn't let us rent because we didn't have a flight and wanted to use a debitcard. Willing to pay the deposit, but still wouldn't rent. New policy. Now we can't get our money back.
On the morning of 27 May 2017, my pickup went sour with another company. I went next door to Hertz. The staff was very laid back and very patient with me. They also have a great selection of cars! Next time I fly into GSO I will definitely rent again!
Tammy and her Manager Jeff are the epitome of customer service. I had a wonderful experience at Hertz after being denied service at Enterprise. Tammy and Jeff did additional research and found a way to help the customer with good old fashioned common sense customer service and made sure I got a car so I could drive home to Michigan after being broadsided. I will recommend Hertz to everyone and it is the only car rental service I will use for the rest of my life.
Hertz rented me an amazing vehicle for an amazing price, but when returned to PTI Greensboro I received my bill, then two hours later I received a second bill that increased by $300. "Cleaning Fee" I tried contacting this location, I was put on hold for 20 minutes, called back just to get hung up on. I've rented over a dozen vehicles from hertz and have never been charged a "cleaning fee"! I don't even smoke! Corporate Hertz said the notes were, smelled like smoke and tobacco in the car. I know this was done by management to try and recoup money, I had a Infinity Q60 3.0t for an amazing rate of $33.45 a day, which easily could have been 3 to 4 times higher I am disgusted that they would treat a loyal "Presidential Circle" this way.
