John is the man! Just bought a jeep from him "sight unseen". I am located in Texas and was seriously debating the whole process of trying to buy a vehicle from out of state without actually "seeing it" and then having to have it shipped over a 1000 miles to my home town. John made the process super easy and reassuring... he did a complete cosmetic inspection and took many HD photos while pointing out any flaw that he could see... he also took the vehicle into a local Jeep dealer and had it fully inspected per my request. John answered all my calls and texts and made communicating through the whole process a breeze (which isn't something that I have experienced from other dealers because I usually get passed from one person to the next and can never keep steady communication). The jeep arrived, and it was exactly how I expected it, no surprise disappointments and no buyers remorse. They clearly care about their customers and about maintaining a positive reputation. I would recommend these guys to anyone, good genuine down-to-earth people... just wish I lived nearby so I could send more people their way... but if your from out of state and interested in one of their vehicles, go for it!
