I popped by today to see what was in stock. I ended up receiving outstanding customer service from Ziad, and drove away with a deal I couldn't pass up. He went above any beyond to get me right in the ball park I demanded. I will be sending my friends in his direction, because he is not afraid to work with you. A++
Needed another Golf, but the inventory is limited at this point in the year.
Just bought my first Volkswagen (2018 Tiguan), since the 1970's, about 10 days ago. Ziad has been amazing throughout the whole experience. After a friendly negotiation, we were able to settle on a good deal. And I LOVE the vehicle. When I've stopped by twice since the purchase, Ziad always promptly greets me with a smile. He comes out and checks over the car and treats it like his own. Today I caught him cleaning the windshield. So... buying experience definitely rates 5 stars. I'm disappointed to read the poor reviews about the service department though. Hopefully my Tiguan won't have any issues and I can avoid dealing with them.
The service is outstanding, however Thomas Morisse has bad customer service. I had to speak to a manager to get the service I needed. I also heard him address a customer as “The little Asian guy.” I wonder what he said about me, “Hey the tall BLACK guy.” There are certain things you just dont say, always be mindful of yoyr surroundings. Takata sent me a form in the mail about an airbag recall. Just so happens my airbag light came on. I called Flow VW and I was told to bring my car in anyway even though my VIN wasnt on the recall, the young lady told me to bring it in anyway and VW would check it. I bring it in and Thomas wants to charge me $120 to check it. I mentioned what was told to me and he got an attitude. I politely went to a manger and my problem was solved. What happened is there is a Flow in Winston-Salem as well. The Winston-Salem company told me to come in not knowing I am in Greensboro. I serve my country with Pride and Integrity. To be treated like this on and before Veterans Day is disrespectful. His attitude should not be tolerated.
No worries--Ziad Musleh ("Z") helped us track one down, got it over to Flow in a matter of days, and we drove it off the lot yesterday. Excellent customer service, as always. Z is the first person we call.
I purhased a used car from Ziad, “Z”. He has a great deal of integrity and I did not feel like I was pressured or manipulated while I took my time making a decision. The processs was straightforward. I did a lot of research and know that I received a very fair deal on a high quality, well-maintained car. I was well accommodated while on the lot. Ask for Z and you will have a positive experience.
