In nearly 4 years I've never had a bad experience at Green Ford. I made it my business to see who was the best Service Advisor, and as it turned out it's Ashley Isley. No one else has assisted me with taking care of my Edge like her. Hell, I've called her while traveling across this wonderful land of ours, and she responded with the information I needed. I've never sent her an email that I didn't get a prompt response to.
The "men behind the glass" literally wasted four hours of my time over two days. I was looking at a new vehicle marked demonstrator. The first offer insulted my intelligence to the point that I didn't negotiate past that point. They literally brought me an offer paying full sticker price.
We purchased a 2017 Ford Escape and we were pleased to see Kerry Kulp who brought out three cars for us to look over and test drive. Not only did he suggest we drive the highway but also a bumpy back road...who would have thought. He was the right person to see and test driving on the bumpy road was a clincher. Kerry was very kind and helpful in explaining all aspects of the Escape with big emphasis on the safety features. Any questions and he was easy to talk with and made us comfortable in knowing we could come back any time with questions about the car. Highly recommend Kerry's professionalism.
I actually told the salesman I was looking at another car at another dealership. He mentioned they could try to get it. I stated, that dealership will not let that car go. They are expecting me to come see it.
Great dealership. Sales personnel are there to try and help with all situations. I worked with Will the last few time I purchased a car. I have felt that I got the best deal and have been happy every time I leave the dealership. Service is outstanding both during and after the sale. Would definitely recommend.
I bought the vehicle at the dealer in the Charlotte area. I left the dealer with the new car approximately 6:15 pm. At 7:15 the green salesman texted me to say that vehicle had been sold.

Our financial person, Dria Johnson, was the reason we came to Green Ford as we've dealt with her previously elsewhere and were always treated like we were the only people she wanted to see. Finding the best offer in financing is where she gets an A+.
The real loser in this is the salesman at green. He told me he had been there just over a month. Management has the duty to make an opportunity for people to succeed. In any line of work. The "men behind the glass" failed their employee.
