As far as service goes... they did a thorough job inspecting the preowned vehicle. The detail job completed was the best I have seen. I’m thoroughly impressed with all aspects of this dealership.
Found an is350 2015 cpo on website for dealership in Winston to find out it was at the dealership in Greensboro. I went and looked at vehicle and spoke and made an appointment with a salesperson for the following Monday at 10am. I live shortly over an hour from the dealership and arrived to my appointment promptly. Upon shaking hands with my salesperson im told the vehicle i came to drive and in my mind purchase had sold. I understand thats how things go but wouldve been appreciated when the salesperson called at 930am to make sure i was still coming to have told me that....seems like they were more intetested in me just getting there in hopes id settle for new with all those incentives they wanted to tell me about when i clealy made it evident what my interest was. I left improperly informed but researching same car to buy elsewhere.

Brock Frady is OUTSTANDING. This man really knows his products. His YouTube tutorials on all the Lexus features, especially his videos on the navigation system and other technology, are extremely helpful (and funny). He goes into great detail and his video instructions are easy to follow. He is warm and personable and responds promptly to phone calls and email; when he's asked a question that stumps him, he leaves no stone unturned researching and finding the answer. The number of Lexus purchases, across the country, prompted solely by Brock and his videos must be in the thousands.
I recently purchased a preowned vehicle (not a Lexus...) from Ian at Flow Lexus. Even though we spent considerably less than what the average customer at this dealership likely spends, we were treated just like we were spending major money!
