I came in today to get my brakes fixed.I have taken my car up there a few weeks ago for the same problem but they said nothing was wrong with the car, so this time I requested someone to ride with me to let them here what was going on. I had the the pleasure of meeting Derek and Sandra today, they were both really friendly and knowledgeable. They explain to me what was wrong with my car. And fix the problem. I’ve been there a few times and it is always good but today I had the BEST customer service. I will definitely be back to see them both. Keep it up!

That said, I was there with my wife's car last week and I had an appointment and stood there for over 15 minutes without anyone saying a word to me (the time before was similar, but less time). I almost left, but the nice lady just getting back saw me standing and jump right into action. She is the reason I stayed and came back today. I've been coming to RT a longtime and want to keep coming to RT, but that needs to improve (and today went great - note, same nice lady).

Excellent service. Stephanie called as scheduled to keep me up to date on the status of my car. I am very pleased with the results. Looks great! Plus, Stephanie was very nice to work with me, as my card was unable to accept full payment. $2000 was accepted. The remaining balance will be taken care of today by Stephanie. She is a very valuable employee there. I would recommend your shop to anyone.

I’ve bought several vehicles from Rice and have always been very satisfied with the experience. The service department is exceptionally good to work with. Very easy to set up appointments and I’ve never had to wait an unusually long time while having any vehicle serviced. Rice is always my first choice when looking to change vehicles.

As I start to write this review, I am still waiting in the service lane to get my vehicle. Earlier this afternoon I had at 1 PM appointment and I waited in line for almost 20 minutes for a service advisor to greet me and check me in. When picking up, after waiting again, I had to talk to two people to get my paperwork and pay. After payment I stood in the service lane for several minutes for somebody to verify my paperwork and get my keys. Nobody showed up so I had to go find a service advisor behind the glass windows. I am quite familiar with the Toyota system of high-efficiency and no waste. This guys are NOT running a Toyota system.
