I bought my Mazda3 in Minnesota before moving to North Carolina and have struggled to find a dealership that I like and trust as much down here. I came close with Southern States in Raleigh, but recently relocated to Winston-Salem, which put me on the hunt again. I had a couple of subpar experiences with the dealer in Winston so I decided to try Flow when I was passing through the other day. I will definitely be returning. Service was very thorough and there was a high focus on customer satisfaction. Their waiting area may not be as nice as some of the other dealers, but I will take higher-quality service over a beautiful waiting room any day. Thank you Flow Mazda!!
We had a great experience buying cars here. The salespeople were helpful and the process was transparent. We will definitely return here for Mazdas in the future.
I don’t usually give bad review, but come on, this is the third time I’m bring my car to this dealership for a same issue that causes my engine light to come on within the pass two months. The worst part is that after hours of waiting every visit, the issue is still seems to be unresolved. I give an additional stars just for the friendly staffs.

I initially thought my experience here purchasing a new Mazda 3 was a good one because everyone was kind and helpful...or so I thought... but I later realized that they were unorganized and didn't follow through with paperwork correctly ... I had to contact them to find out how to make my first payments on the car because they gave the wrong address to the financing agents and I received no paperwork or payment info. I still have no information on the extended warranty or life insurance I purchased for my new car and I was not happy to learn that the "taxes, tags and title" that were included in my purchase did NOT include the personal property taxes for the first year as I have come to expect from previous purchases of new cars. I was surprised to receive "temporary registration" that required me to pay $197 in personal property taxes before I would receive the actual tag stickers that are good for one year. This all serves to remind me that I need to read every single paper I sign, follow up with questions, and not to expect anything from a car salesperson. Fool me once... shame on you... Not gonna fool me twice!!
