DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME UNLESS YOU ARE LOCAL. Worst experience EVER. Called to make an appointment to see a vehicle after it had been listing on the website for over a month. Confirmed this appointment twice the day before. I informed the sales person we would be driving a long way to see the vehicle. Emailed early on the morning of our scheduled appointment, before dealership opened, to let them know we were still coming and expecting to arrive a bit earlier then scheduled. Received confirmation of our appointment to see the vehicle while we were driving. Received another email 30 minutes before our arrival after driving 4.5 hours stating "I just wanted to let you know we just sold the (vehicle we were going to see)! Please let me know if there is anything else in our inventory you are interested in viewing." I couldn't believe it and when I called I was told they were not able to hold vehicles. Why wasn't I told this before we started the long drive and what is the point in making and confirming an appointment? We would have been more than happy to put money down in order to hold the vehicle as we were NOT planning on driving 5 hours to come home with nothing. Do not bother buying a car from them unless you are a local. I am writing this review because they continue to send me generic sales emails emails after I have requested to be taken off their list and told them I will NEVER buy from them.

Wanted to give them a fair chance...well they failed horribly. Purchased a 2011 Toyota Sienna Ltd in April of 2017. They were fine during the purchase etc, however the van was a total LEMON. This van was in the shop for 3 months out of the 7 months I owned it. Yes that is past tense because I just GOT RID OF IT TO GET OUT FROM UNDER IT! Within the first month of owning it I had the power steering go out (no pump all electric) the alternator, the radiator, the sliding door power motor failed ($2000 dollar fix) Which was the last straw. Not to mention the THREE open recalls on it the date I purchased it. Just be aware when purchasing from these people. (they also beg for google reviews as you purchase!!)
Sort of what you expect from a used car dealer. More interested in proving their pricing is right then making a sale ($400 difference on $17k) and sales people are powerless and clueless. Buys cars from GSO auction and tries to flip them quickly. Maybe for you but not for me.

Without hesitation 5 star rating. The whole experience from wondering around the lot upon arrival to standing on the steps overlooking all the available vehicles to the wonderful, helpful, delightful salesman Mr. Gray, not to mention the owner and, I believe the owner's son and even the poor man who broke his foot and STILL stayed late to process the paperwork for me to purchase my vehicle. Every single person with whom I came into contact was wonderful and amazing. I found the vehicle on line, went to the lot, took the vehicle for a short test drive came back and purchased it. I can honestly say that I will be an Impex customer for life as long as the ownership and staff remain as personable and helpful as they were last evening when I purchased the vehicle. 5 stars every time.
When I returned to Impex, I did not expect a different experience but they had seen the review and wanted to address it. As such they went through the trouble to explain why what I experienced was not normal and asked how they could fix it. While a price drop was not an option (based on their cost to acquire vehicle) they did bend over backwards to make sure I had any other help I needed. They really took care of me and made sure that anything that could be done was done.
LUIGI is the best sales person here I recommend him to anyone that is in need to find a car right away without the hassle! We walked into impex and told Luigi exactly what we wanted and what we wanted to pay for it shortly after he brought out the cars and we made our decision !!!! Literally that easy thank you Luigi!
