Didnt take time to provide decent customer service, very bad experience, on top of that I felt as though I was being robbed, and Im a used car dealer. Lol. With all seriousness, I was charged over $600 to simply check the fluis and add. I had a bad tranny line which was fixed but needed the fluid added so I had it towed there, If i could post pic od receipt i would. Please....Retrain your service manager and advisors if robbery is your game...Please try a bank not your customers.
Parts counter person is very rude will not help the customer do not give Vital Information to customer to help perform better service and to get your car repaired
