One of the worst places that I have been on, service is BAD I would not recommend it to come to this location I set on the bar waiting for 30 minutes and no one even bothered to ask if I need something, actitude of employees are bad, really a bad place, first and last time I came to this place again. I wish I could give a lower rating.
I used to frequent this establishment very often; however the service that my family and I received today was beyond horrible! Our waitress was left to attend a party of 13 alone while the restaurant was pretty much empty. I had no issues with her as I felt she handled us as best as she could. I did feel it was necessary to speak with the manager to address my concerns which included waiting over 30 minutes for a beer, regular soft drink refills took beyond a reasonable amount of time, the endless appetizer option was nothing more than a joke, and I'm still waiting on sauce for many of our entrées. When Marcus "the manager" came to the table, he was extremely rude and pretty much said that we were exaggerating on the lack of service and there was nothing he could do because he had sent 4 people home prior to us walking in. He made it seem like we were an inconvenience to him and threw his hands in the air and walked away. When I asked for the district manager's contact information and called the number, he pretended to be the district manager until the end of the call then identified himself as I looked across the room and saw him laughing on the phone. Once approached regarding his phone play he told us to leave. Once we left he called the police and said we walked out on the tickets. If the video footage is pulled, you will clearly see how he treated us, told us to leave and even held the door open as he pointed for us to leave. Not to mention, we did leave a tip for the waitress as I stated before she did the best she could. Marcus was beyond rude and unprofessional for a lack of better words. He ruined a nice family dinner celebrating my nephew's birthday. If this is the way this franchise treats it's customers and allows it's management to manage, they should be closed indefinitely! I hope that this review does not go ignored along with the actions of Marcus "the manager". Needless to say I will never step foot in this disgusting place again and I will ensure my friends and family don't either, as this review will be posted on all of my social media pages and I will still be contacting corporate!
The service was great! Staff and Manager very friendly. But the food sucked! Out of 15 orders, nothing was good. Our Cole slaw had to be 175 degrees. While every plate had cold fries and Cold appetizers. One order was a Turkey burger and it came out as a Turkey sandwich. All Burgers were cold. Each plate only had about 2 oz of fries. Please get your Back of House together!!
Worst night ever! Waiter wasn't knowledgeable of the menu items. We asked how many wings came with the order; he said "I don't know." He didn't bother to say" Let me ask someone", just "I don't know". It took 20 minutes to get a drink from the bar; my friend ordered coffee with a shot of Bailey's; the coffee was lukewarm; when another waitress brought us our food, she just sat it down, kept it moving. My fries were warm but not fresh; took another 20 minutes to get a "fresh ones" only they weren't fresh; they tasted just like the first order. The waiter offered to take them off of my bill but he didn't. Horrible service, horrible food. This was on a Thursday and there was music in the bar. Seems like the staff and the manager's focus was in the bar area.
Got seated fairly quickly. No wonder. The food was so so, they messed up just about every order, forgot to put the right amount of silverware on the table, their "adult beverages" could have been put in a baby bottle. Paid $9.00 for a glass of pure pineapple juice. There was NO alcohol in it, was given a salad with my dinner with the specific Instructions of NO tomato but it came WITH tomato, service was next to non existent, ordered a meal with no hot spices and that took them a long time to get then upon getting the second one, it was still the same. Had to tell them to remove that from our bill. The worst experience of a " famous restaurant" I've ever had. Wont be going back again.
