The manager, Mike, and his team were phenomenal. With a group of 17 middle and high school students, they were incredibly accommodating and patient with our students. The service was quick, honest and demonstrated a professionalism uncommon in the food service and hospitality industry. Our server, Sabrina, was fresh out of training and did a wonderful job. Great work and mad props to the host, Naderah, and Joe, and the rest of the serving team.
Went at lunch time on a Wednesday. Hungry, tired, wanted decent food quickly. As far as we could tell, there were only 2 servers in the place, both women working really hard and fast. There was a device on the table which, we only learned after our server showed up, has a button to punch, which activates a blinking light to get her attention.
Here currently and it's not the cleanest, and we're the first to arrive this morning. Table not clean, had to receive new utensils as food was on each and every one (4 pieces), saucers unclean but I did not ask for them to be replaced as we did not need them and also glassware is unclean. :( on a high note, food is yummy.
Then, when I explained my need to eat both gluten and dairy-free, she brought a 3-ring notebook with complex charts and tables -- many pages -- so that, with enough study time, I might figure out what I could safely eat. I did mention I was tired and hungry, as in low blood sugar, didn't I?
Our server Justin was phenomenal and the manager came out and apologized for the wait and made us really feel like we were valued customers. Kudos to these two employees. Justin thanks again we appreciate everything you did for our children with the brownie bites.
I gave up and ordered a burger. Frankly, Wendy's are better, and cost less. Don't know what these owners are thinkin'. I won't go there again.
Applebees should be proud to have you as an employee. Management, well done! It is our neighborhood choice and this visit proved it.
Food and service were good and as expected. Bartender was pleasant and attentive with a friendly smile. Yet, there was more trash about than should be, and tables were not getting bused quick enough. I will certainly return because it is convenient to my house and I LOVE their asian chicken salad, but I don't think I'll be recommending this place to friends with so much competition in the area.
