I'm not very impressed with this establishment but they are working on it.
Legit the worst Bojangles in Greensboro. The food is rarely edible and when you ask the manager to fix it, they give you pretty much the exact same inedible food. I told him my drink was also flat and needed to be changed. His response, "Oh is it? I don't have time to check that right now, would you like something else to drink? NO, I don't. I want what I paid for. It was 7 a.m. and they were not busy. He had plenty of time to "check that". Never again.
Very disappointed. Went after work with family. My husband's food wasn't eatiable neither was the kids meal. I had to throw it out. This is unacceptable. So upset I called and the manager Ray offered us a free fries. Thanks that should be compensation for us going hungry. Yeah, that will do! Not! We will not be going there ever again. You lost customers forever over that. And I will be letting others know not to even go there that are in my company. Can you really afford to lose more money. I'm an accountant, I know first hand. No, you can't. But this disrespect to my family will cost you. I promise you that. Awful way to treat your customers.
I visited the drive thru tonight, at about 9:00. The service was kind of slow, and I was the only person at the restaurant... When I got home to eat, the chicken was like it had been dried out under a heat lamp for a pretty good while. The roasted chicken bites weren't very fresh either. And the fries, well, they were pretty horrible as well. Do you guys stop serving fresh food at a certain time? Is 9:00 too late for some hot freshly cooked chicken, or is everyone cleaning up and getting ready to go home? If that's the case, don't stay open til 10:00. I just don't understand how a decent staff would actually put this bad quality food in a customer's bag. If you don't want to put in the effort to make sure that your customers are happy, then maybe consider employment elsewhere.
There was a time when I would have given this location a single star. I have seen some improvement over time and we'll go ahead and do three stars today. I visited this location today for lunch. They did remember to put my dipping sauce in the box! They also remembered to provide me with a straw. Seems small but it's really huge for this location.
Order 3 jambalaya bowls. Girls fixed what she could and said they had to cook the smoked sausages and it would take 10 min. She put the bowls behind the prep area under the heat lamp and I told her I did not want those bowls after sitting she told the manager and he came around and said he would make them fresh. I watched him take those bowls and add the sausage and cheese to them and sit them in the window. The girl grabbed them and brought them to the counter and I told her I wanted my money back that those were the same bowls. Manager came around I told him you said you were going to make them fresh and they were the same ones because I watched you. He gave money back but still charged me for the tea after waiting almost 15 min. Some sucker in the drive thru is going to get old food because people in line knew what was going on.
The staff was not very friendly. I spoke to the lady serving the window twice and she never stopped her conversation to say hi back. I find that the staff at this location leaves much to be desired. They are extremely rude at times but when management is around they seem to find a new attitude.
