For Sunday afternoon I really was surprised that I got in in about I don't know 10 minutes. The food was good service was good however when I left the mine to pay was longer than the room it was in and it took me about 15 minutes to check out that is ridiculous. Have you ever thought about letting the the white people take the tab into the cashier I think it would expedite for the way you got that dining room and that that room full of stuff for sale set up. I'm sure that you have quite a few people who walk out without paying and I hate to see to see that. Thanks for listening. Merry Christmas.
Cracker barrel is a great place to go if you want comfort food, especially for breakfast. They give you a lot of food too so I never walk away hungry. The fried apples are one of my favorite things there. The staff was friendly and kind. Plus the shop is always nice to look around in while you wait or after you eat.
I had my Thanksgiving breakfast here with a few co-workers. The service was excellent and the food arrived hot and in a reasonable amount of time. Everyone was very pleasant from the greeter to the cashier. Excellent experience! One can expect down-home southern cuisine at the restaurant (Grandma's cooking).
Got there at 1pm. Hostess neglected to tell us they will close at 2pm for the holiday. Place was packed out the door. Was seated in about 20 minutes and food came 30 minutes later. Waitress told us there was no mashed potatoes (so half the menu was out for our group)... So we were surprised when our order came out and half the order was missing, waitress said they ran out of multiple things. When serving is not the time to say hey guess what your order is botched we ran out of it. Have always been treated well in the past but this time was terrible. Didn't even try to adjust the bill for missing food or offer a substitution.
Went for my dads birthday and had a group of about 15 people. Service was friendly and fast. Lots of corn bread and biscuits brought out. Main course came out quickly also. It was a Monday evening with very little wait. Always enjoy walking around the store part. They have drinks for sale from all around the country. Good prices. Make sure you play checkers.
Should have went somewhere else, where they value the customer.
