This particular location seems to lack the signature dim lighting and romantic ambience I'm accustomed to experiencing at Carrabba's. Decor was festive (holiday lights). This location hits the mark with food. Staff was upbeat, energetic, and attentive. The floors could use a bit more attention here.
Also had to reminder waiter "D" of stuff we ask for.
Our Waiter "D" got missing in action on us. Everyone need refill on drinks. Another waitress came to help us. It took a look time for everyone to get they food. Some stuff take so long so we cancelled the order.
Gift cards. We won't be using them. This my third time going there. Nothing change most !!
But I can said the management did give us 2 $10.00
1/2 price apps from 3-630 everyday. That's a good deal. Calamari was great this time I had the shrimp scampi app. Really good. The server won't tell you it's half price unless you remind them.....and it's only in the bar area.
Had a good experience. Food was very good. I had the Chicken Parmesan. Prices are definitely higher than I remember but the meal was worth the price. Out waitress Sarah B. was awesome and the visit very pleasant. The manager even offered us free desert because they were slow on wings.
The host he was nice. The waiter was horrible. The food was not worth the money we paid for it.
Our service and food at least what we got was great. Out of 4 appetizer that we ordered we were only able to get 2. My son's steak was not cooked correctly and by the time he got it back the rest of us were about finished. The flavor of the food was very good, unfortunately much of it was lukewarm to cold. Our waitress tried her best to keep us happy but she knew we were upset. My wife and myself were there as guests of our children to celebrate our 41st anniversary.
