Captain Ds [this one] has no competition thats why its been standing so long.

Staff is friendly service is good but the food is terrible i recieved burnt microwaved broccoli as a side. New french fries plz CaptainDs. My cat wouldnt even eat the battered fish.[no exaggeration] This chain really isnt the same like late 90s early 2000s. (like how u burn broccoli n the microwave) but as the years have passed this chain location n particular has gone far down hill.
Everytime I go to this Captain D's, I regret it. The food is excellent... And if you have 20 minutes to wait in the drive thru, you might actually get to enjoy it.
Im not the one to post negative reviews i'd jus like people to know what their getting into.

Service and wait time for pickup terrible, manager is very. Unprofessional the general manager came out to speak to a concerned customer and was pretty much blower of we paid $15 for greasy food, can u say mayflower, Libby hill, never captain d's on cone Blvd, close it down!!
They have drastically decreased the portion size of their fish, without lowering their prices. The new fish also does not taste good. If I want something similar, I will go to Long John Silvers going forward. This chain is on its way to the fast food graveyard, and it couldn't get here soon enough.
45 minute wait is unacceptable. Manager didn't even apologize when I asked to speak to him. Sadly this store has returned to being the dump it has an historic recrd of being. Epic fail.
