The service is prompt and professional. The food tastes great, arrived hot, and is reasonably priced. Wait staff regularly checked in to make sure I had everything I needed. I even got handed a second basket of the bottomless fries before finishing the first.
Food was delivered in a timely manner. Everyone's order was correct. And almost everyone was a "Super Star"
The service is normally quick here. There is hardly ever a wait to be seated, and the restaurant is usually fairly clean. They also have a really varied menu, from $7 entree items to $15 entree items. It's great for a date. The bar area is great for adults. But, it is also very family friendly!
I don't know if they were short staffed or what, but on the same last visit, the couple sitting at the table behind us left before our orders came out and their table was still dirty when we left at least 40 minutes later.
Overall, this location could use some improvements compared to other red robin I've been to.
Had my son's 9th birthday celebration here (the food part of it). He and the other kids really enjoyed. It was about 10 adults and children. Our server was very accommodating and made sure the children had their food put in before anything else happened. They provided plates for the cake and he stayed on top of the clean up. Would recommend for large parties, however call in advance because they do not take reservations for any reason.
Service was outstanding from the time we walked in the door until we walked out. Friendly, smiling faces all around. Appeared when something was needed but didn't stand over you.
On my last visit, the service wasn't very quick, we had to wait about 10 minutes for our next order of fries each time. Our server, Alex, was very friendly but we were never offered refills for our waters (he did offer waters to-go).
Red Robin is a great place for a variety of burgers and chicken sandwiches for less than $15. The bottomless steak fries are great. The sweet potato fries at this location were less than satisfactory. They were slightly overcooked (very dark edges) and very greasy.
Pepper and salt mills, instead of shakers, at the table. GREAT TOUCH!
