They really went all out in renovation. Excellent food, great staff.

The new Golden Corral, very disappointed. Decor beautiful, however the buffet if you want to call it that needs a huge improvement. Breakfast was 34.00 plus tip for 2 adults and one child. Sticker shock, especially for a skimpy buffet, will not be back.
The staff was on their phones and two guys were cracking up making inappropriate gestures behind my wife's back and it took a lot to keep in the "rip their faces off side" of me. the atmosphere felt like high school with mostly everyone acting like children. The "waiters and waitresses" did not show most people tho their seats, I mean we got escorted to our table but other customers didn't get that luxury that we received. i remember that golden corral use to be a family based restaurant, but with getting "special" treatment (which in a way wasn't special at all it was actually worst) only given to a few it doesn't feel normal. Over all it was less than one star.
My experience at this restaurant was absolutely horrible. Never will I ever take my family there again! The restaurant was filthy!! There was napkins and butters containers all over the floor. The waitress was very slow with bringing refills to the table. An employee was skipping through the restaurant with a child on her hip. Overall it was a bad experience altogether! In one of the steaks there was a portion of well done, rare and medium when I asked for a medium steak. This restaurant doesn't even deserve half a star. You would think that the restaurant is nice being that it's surrounded around brick facilities such as Target, Harris Teeter, and a Bistro.
