CW was very helpful in the doors department on Elm Eugene in Greensboro, NC. He answered all my question. At the checkout I was advised that I can get the veterans discount every day when I show my ID... That's great, b/c they used to just honor vets on veterans day. I will definitely go back.

I want to take a second to brag on this location. My husband and I have been remodeling and have been to many Home Depot and Lowe's stores (ALL of them between Greensboro & Winston). This particular Home Depot has been the most helpful. During the time I was in there today I must of been offered help without asking at least 6 times. Usually at other locations we have to search the whole store for a worker and then hope that person can help. It seems as if maybe the other stores are understaffed. The staff at this store seem to genuinely care and they work really hard. I was particularly impressed with Susanna, I'm not sure who Susanna's boss is but she deserves recognition for giving above and beyond service. She's the type of worker that most company's would love to have.
I went to select new doors and the men were so helpful. Scott, and Bob went beyond expectations to assist me. They tried several things to try to find the doors that would be perfect for me. I have an appointment coming up to meet with Mike to further assist me and order my doors. These men are wonderful and a great asset to your company. Thank you both for all your help.
