For the person who doesn't work with hardware everyday, I found the sales help by phone to be rather frustrating. Maybe just slow down and listen to the question, instead of providing a lot of extraneous information that serves to confuse the issue?
I found their customer support terrible. Was trying to get pricing for a project and was completely turned off by their representative. I would look elsewhere for solutions with company offers.
