Buy here all the time for personal and business and have always been pleased so far. If you know a little about what you're buying and willing to go online for coupons you can get some great deals here. Yes, a lot of it is made in China. No, the quality on some items won't be the same as others that cost 4-5 times as much. Take some common sense and coupons with you when you go in and you should come out satisfied with what you get for the price. They have a great return/exchange policy if something isn't right - just make sure you keep your receipt. Get protection plan on motorized/electronic equipment (common sense again). Staff has always been friendly and helpful when I've been there.

This is my one stop for everything tool shop. They are always running a sale, most of their tools have lifetime warranties and you can buy extended warranties for certain items like jacks. I bought a 3 ton Jack for 70 bucks from here! Beat that walking or running.
