The day before thanksgiving winter hours 530 arrived at 435 sign said closed thanksgiving and Friday after. Place was closed already. Two other people trying to get propane for frying turkey or heating before the holiday arrived while I was writing this review. Very poor service.
A nice hardware store ran by friendly people with a wide variety of lawn and garden things as well as hardware you need for your home.

This business is terribly run with very poor customer service. The personnel were very unfriendly and the incompetence was mind blowing. Once in a conversation with the owners I realized the owners pride and integrity may not have ever been established, Phil Bryant in particular (owner) was of absolutely no help in making HIS wrong RIGHT. All he and his workers did was lie and try to manipulate. I would recommend any other hardware/lawncare/stone/mulch store besides this poor excuse for a "friendly" store.

My experience at this business was being treated like someone who was just taking up their time that they did not want to give. Not at all friendly or very helpful. After purchasing four very heavy bags of "river rocks", I had to load two of them by myself because of their neglect in helping me. I would like to add that I am a 69 year old Black lady who was, in spite of the treatment I received, was very polite. Now I am pretty sure they do not treat all their customers the way I was treated because I saw them all over a young white lady, helping her with something very small. NO GOOD SERVICE FOR ME!!! I"M BLACK, BUT THEY TOOK MY GREEN MONEY!!!!
