Not to many Direct-Sales mobile cellphone places give a good vibe to me but T-Mobile went above an beyond. Desiree ( not sure of last name ) was the nicest to me an my mother . We came from AT&T ( which has the worst customer service ) an she was able to get us in an out in a very good timely manner , very professional and spoke very clear an well ( my mother has a slight problem with her hearing ) Desiree went the extra step. Just want to say I enjoyed my experience here at T-Mobile an I look forward with staying with them .
I went into the T-Mobile store to replace the cord on my daughter's charger. Maribel Sosa checked the cord and found that it was working, she offered suggestions for why my daughter's battery was always low, and recommended that we take it into the store if her suggestions don't remedy the problem.
All this, while helping another customer and answering the phone. Besides being clever, she is courteous and very sweet.

Not very helpful
While there, I told her that I was continuously getting messages on my phone that the space was too low for voiemail and updates. She took a look at it, and quickly recognized the problem and rectified it.
