I had a lot of issues with my previous carrier and upon entering this store it was awesome. They staff was very respectful and helpful with all of my needs. They all assured me that I would have no issues going forward.

Pissed off at att, stopped into the store off Cone, the manager was very blunt, to the point, but explained how things work now in the cell phone world. After listening to what he had to say, I understand, like all things, change happens and I'm very clear now. It makes sense, the carriers change just like everything else does, but now I understand the changes saves us customers money over the course of 2 years and opens more options to upgrade a cell phone. Kinda glad I stopped by the store and met Kevin. All in all, expect the truth and good service with visiting this store. I'll go back!
Recently visited this location because my Phone had broken. I was very Hesitant at first, but Kevin, the new manager was amazing! The whole transaction was smooth and the environment was very welcoming. I will definitely return to this location for any future AT&T needs.
