I HAD NO PROBLEMS GETTING REPLACEMENT FOR CABLE TV PHONE INTERNET. THERE WERE AMPLE SERVICE AGENTS AVAILABLE AND MANAGERS ON SITE MAKE ACTUAL DECISIONS ON THE SPOT. OBSERVING SOME OF THE OTHER REVIEWS THOSE FOLKS SHOULD VISIT A SPECTRUM TIME WARNER STORE AND SEE WHAT THAT IS LIKE.
So sorry to see bad reviews due to customer laziness and impatience. I worked and managed multiple AT&T stores in the past and the Friendly Center location is one of the best. Great looking location and very informative staff! I will be back!
I had a great experience with a sales associate named AB. He was extremely friendly and easy to communicate with. If I ever come back to this store I would ask for him.
Told me i had bogo found out salesman gave wrong info and now i dnt. Never using this service again!
