I live closer to the one in Burlington, but that's not a corporate store! So, I drove to Greensboro, and I'm so glad I did! The gentleman there help me so much more, and I'm going back Saturday to get my new S8 galaxy phone! He was honest with me about everything and you can't beat sprint prices! Trust me I've looked and compared!
I just left this location an hour ago and I must say I was impressed. The interior was modern and they had a great selection of phones that I was looking for. I picked up the Samsung Galaxy J7 Perx as a Christmas present. Customer service according to most of the reviews were horrible at this location, but I received excellent customer service from Deniesha. She was professional, courteous, and most importantly personable. Everything was explained as for as my transactions and I was notified on what to expect. I will definitely return to this location for my upgrade next year.
This is the worst customer service I have ever received at a sprint store. I have never found a sprint location that will actually treat you like a person and not a bank account but this location goes above and beyond to make you feel less than that. I have had the displeasure of interacting with multiple employees when switching phones or updating service and they are the worst. They are disrespectful, unprofessional and utterly rude. Save yourself the waste of your life’s precious time and go to a different location. Maybe you will have better luck than me. Avoid the battleground location like the plague.
I am definitely reconsidering using Sprint as my carrier after this experience. I have a potential warranty issue with my Note 5. I called just to see if the issue I was having was under the 1 year warranty. The representative that I spoke to ONLY looked up my account to tell me that I do have a Note 5 and told me to go to Best Buy for help. I understand that they are "cellular sales" not service, but it is important to note that in the case that the phone was not under warranty, I would have purchased a new phone from him. Because he was too lazy to help or simply offer advice aside from shooing me away to another place, I will absolutely take my service to Best Buy for service and/or to purchase a new phone and will consider switching carriers. Verizon offers superior service and support. This was really disappointing.
I came to get my account information reset and the gentleman helping me tried to make it my fault for trying to find out why I was charged 133. I always pay my bill in full and am unable to access my bill online. I went to a Sprint store in Burlington which was able to help me do this. They were awesome compared to this surly patronizing man. He tried getting me to upgrade my phone though I told him repeatedly I would see him when I had the money to pay for the phone in full. I do not want to lease the phone. Basically, he did not want to help me. So, I am still locked out of my account and can't find out why they charged me twice. Piss poor customer service, go to Best Buy. They will listen to the customer. Sprint is a good carrier despite this particular store; judging from the 1 star reviews I'm not the only one getting bad service.
