After Thanksgiving meal with family. They went above and beyond making sure we could all sit together. Nicole was our server and when I say FABULOUS SERVICE I mean that! The fried pickles were yummy, but the winner was the french fries, AMAZING. The crab legs were meaty, the catfish was breaded well and moist. Shrimp scampi and lobster, yaaaaassss. They made our evening very pleasant and delicious.

Hello

On the downside, our entrees literally came to the table as we took our second bite of salad. When we got to our main course, it was like warm at best.

Overall, good. Great flavor, staff we're nice.

Fillet was not a fillet. The alligator was too tough to eat, the crab cakes were not lump crab... More like mush crab. The waitress was ok, but that's not enough to go back. I sent my food back without eating. One plus is the restaurant looked nice

Our experience did have some issues but not something that caused havoc. The half and half was not sweet but there was sugar on the table that we used. My friend's steak was well when she ordered med well but they did replace it and she said it was even a better cut. The steak was charged but they caught the error prior to checkout. The food was delicious! The service was great. The servers paid attention to us well. The food is costly. The music was jazz and the experience was very pleasant! I would come again.

I went to this restaurant after a couple of friends suggested it. First, let me say that I have been to New Orleans several times, and I am originally from a state where seafood is king. My experience at New Orleans Bar & Grill was far from great. My Caesar salad was warm. The crab dip appetizer was ok, but nothing to rave about. My alcoholic drink that I ordered was watered down and not mixed well. The crab cake entree I ordered was straight up nasty. It tasted like it came from the back of the freezer section at the grocery store. My waitress was the only decent thing about my visit. For this restaurant to rely on a reputation of serving Cajun/Creole food and seafood, they are far from meeting those standards. Unfortunately, I will not be visiting this restaurant again nor recommending it to other people.

We will come back for the flavor and hope it was an off day.
