My most recent experience with the Ham's franchise is the best it has been in years! Our server (Ben) was friendly and easy to get along with. The food was hot and fresh. The restaurant had a friendly atmosphere. They were a bit busy for a Tuesday night and seemed a bit understaffed. Overall experience was a good one!
Great drinks and food. The place was packed and me and my gf still got our service on time just like we would have any other place. Excellent.
Visited Ham's on Sunday 10/15 7pm, positive side our meal was delicious. Our waiter was terrible, she was not friendly and we had to ask for a box 3 times because she forgot. I also wanted to add she only had 2 tables ... management definitely need to address this
Poor food, supposed to be hot, was barely warm when served, very tough, just not good. Service was very slow, took a long time to get the food out.
Good location is what keeps them alive. If I could give a zero I would. Our waitress Nikki was great. Let that be said upfront because she deserves it. The manager Tom (if that is his name because he may have lied about it) was probably the worst I've seen. We were there after hours but finishing our food (served before close) and our drinks (served before last call). He comes out of the kitchen on the opposite side of the establishment and yells "it's time to go". Then continues to have words back and forth with our table from across the room. We will never come again if that's the "management" hired. Not even a word before that. Nothing face to face. Not a well managed restaurant...
