Seriously? You make people wait half an hour only to tell them they will be waiting at least another hour? The kicker is, they knew this information when taking names for seating and were not advising people of the extra wait time upfront. I know this because I was next to the hostess station as people were coming in.
If I could it would be zero stars. Seated right away but waited 20 minutes before anyone came to our table and it was the hostess to get our drink order. Then waited another 10 minutes for the drinks and the menu by this time the group that came in right ahead of us walked out because no one had been to their table at all. So your looking at at least 30 minutes their was maybe 20 people in the whole place so it was not busy at all. Once again another 15 minutes before our waitress finally showed to take our order and after that another 20 minutes and still no appetizer yet you had people at the bar getting food and they came in 30 minutes after we did. So hams never again and I will tell everyone don't waste your time. As for the food could not say never even got it.
Went here 11-15-17. Ordered original wings to go. I first got no receipt, the young man said it disappeared. I then got about 1/4 full container of ranch. I inquired if I could get more because it wasn't even full. The young man said he doesn't fill it up because it comes out the container. I said then I need another one. I waited a while and then he said they have to go get some fresh ranch. After all of this, when I got home the wings had absolutely no flavor! Needless to say, I don't be back!
I will go out of my way to avoid this restaurant. We arrived around 5:30pm and were told there would be a 15-20 minute wait. There were multiple open tables but, no big deal, it's a sportsbar on a Sunday; I get it. After half an hour we were taken to our table where the only hostess working told us "The kitchen has requested we let people know it will be at least an hour wait after you order."
If i could give negative stars i would, but one is the lowest you can go.
If could rate zero I would!! Yesterday me and my co worker went there to have a drink and lunch. When we walked in nobody said anything. Then we got seated and had to push our booths back so we can sit in the seats we chose. We then sat down and waited for a few and NOBODY came out to give us silverware, see what we wanted to drink as a matter of fact nobody even said hello. It was people to a table that clearly ordered take out and us. She never stopped talking to come over where we were. To top it off once I opened the menu it was ranch stuck to a page and it looked gross. We got up and left and they didn't care. We were told have a good day smh. We went to chilli's right across the street and got excellent customer service.
I've been here 3 times hoping that something would change and it hasn't. The staff here is HORRIBLE. The hostess walked us to our table while on her phone, mumbled something and walked away. After a 10 minute wait (there were only about 5 occupied tables) I stopped a waitress and asked if she could take our order. 5 minutes later she came back with a green marker and scribbled down the order. 25 minutes later our food came out (meanwhile 2 other tables walked out because of the service) The food was good but the waitress acted like we annoyed her. She had the worst facial expressions, no conversation. I sent another waitress to get her so we could pay. She came to the table and said "you guys looking for me?" It's always a bad experience and the managers are no better so don't even bother asking for one.
This is either poor management or poor planning. Either way, I will definitely NOT recommend going here and will make sure friends visiting know to stay away.
