The american waitress and i were waiting on change, the entire time she is using her fingers and hand to catch bodily fluids from her nose. She had fluids at this point on her upper lip, then she heads over to fix my salad.
I recommend coming to Fuji Sushi. The food is made fresh daily. They have the best Japanese food around. Fuji Sushi is a family fine dinning experience. They have a different selection of domestic and imported beers plus a wide selection of red and white wines. They also have hot sake and different kinds of sake you can choose from. They range from dry to sweet. You can sit at the sushi bar and watch the chef prepare your sushi or shashimi dinner or you can sit at the bar and watch some games on the TV. The manager is always there to fix any problem and she will fix the problem to your satisfaction. We also do things for Birthdays. The service is excellent. So I highly recommend going to Fuji Sushi for your fine dinning experience.
I got the steak and scallops. Husband got the chicken and shrimp. Shrimp was pretty good and the steak was cooked well. Got calamari appetizer and they were very hard to chew. Scallops were very undercooked. Everything was drowned in watered-down teriyaki sauce. They give you a small bowl of rice. Really not worth the price. Got to sopporo on battleground and pay less and get more!! Seriously! Never going there again.
Lost faith, great food, would only go back if this girl is not working. Not stupid waitress, just gross!!! Get job some where other than food, you're not cut out for it!
Food was delicious
The sushi roll that I had was absolutely outstanding! I believe it was called the perfect role and it really was. Very tight and not too much rice. The waitress and service is horrible! I was pretty unimpressed when she decided it was more important to bus 3 tables then it was to bring me the sushi roll that I had been watching sit on the counter for over 10 minutes. I've watched her finish her lunch before bothering to take a drink order. I also felt their prices are a bit High. $15 for 1 roll and $6 for a bowl of edamame makes for a very expensive lunch.
I hunted out the asian waitress and let her know and to say she is gonna wash her hands?! She told her to and put her on table duty. She later asked her did she wash her hands, she mumbled stuff i couldnt hear, I did hear...it's so stupid.

Been here three times, never fails.. always great food great service. Consistent food. Highly recommend !!
