For someone who worked for hooters recently, I was very dissapointed in the service. It took the host a long time to come up to me to take me to my sir and as he was coming up to me he had a drink in his hand the whole. Once we got seated it took our waitress more that 10 minutes to get to the table. My appetizer came out with my entree I wasn't asked if I needed anything else I didn't get a refill till I was ready to leave. I was a hooters girl I know the rules and the steps of service the girl have to follow and none of the girls or the host followed any of them. I was highly disappointed.
Very poor experience. Waited 15 minutes before a waitress finally came to the table. The restaurant wasn't terribly busy either. Ordered drinks, appetizer, and food at the same time. Waited forever for food, and drinks. The waitress blamed everyone else for the problems. The food finally came out and then after about five minutes following the food the appetizer came out. Ridiculous. It's abundantly clear that customer service is not a top priority here. If you are looking for a quick bite and good service this may not be the place for you.
Believe it or not, I come here for the food. I don't really like sports much. Of course there are a lot of cute girls that I have no chance with and only speak to me if they have to, just like high school. So, no harm in that. Great place to grab a beer with a friend and have some grub really.
Great food and service. If you go ask for waitress named Kay. I highly recommend
We had a great time there.... Unless you are expecting Hooters from Hooters, then you will get exactly that... No frills, good bar grab with good looking girls serving your beer while you're watching your sports team losing the game!
