What's not to love at Fleming's? Great service, great food. Good bar specials in the afternoon. Expensive dinner, but worth it for a special occasion or when you're craving a fantastic steak. Seafood options and appetizers are tasty as well. The calamari app is stellar and priced nicely.
Ordered the petite filet mignon, mediun well and it was under cooked at medium. My son ordered the chicken fingers and the initial plate was presented with burnt chicken. I sent it back and the second plate presented with chicken that was tough and greasy. We have eaten at the Greensboro location before and have always enjoyed our meal. Not sure what has changed but this was the worst prepared meal I have had in along time.
I have NEVER had a bad experience here EVER! The service is fantastic and the food is worth every bit of what you pay. My husband and I come here for birthdays and anniversaries.
First time patron of Fleming's and I must say, it was awesome experience! Reservations were made online and upon our arrival and check in, we were congratulated on our 15 years of marriage from the hostess to the servers to the manager. The service was excellent and everyone was extremely attentive and nice. Our server "Janet" was extremely patient with us through the entire process and she was extremely knowledgeable of the foods and beverages served so much so that we adhered to her recommendations for our choices of steak/wine. And to top it all off, because it was an anniversary celebration, we received chocolate truffles as a parting gift. Be ready to open your wallet up, but what's the price on excellent customer service, excellent food, and an excellent dining experience?
After a very high stress day I decided I wanted a good steak, and not just any steak. A fancy ass good steak. Seeing as I had been let down the last few times I went to Ruth's Chris, I decided to give Flemmings a shot. The steak came out at a prefect medium rare and the mushroom butter topping was like icing on the...... steak. It was fantastic. Additionally the wait staff, headed up by Mr. Sebastian, was exceptional. They were very attentive to our needs throughout the entire dining experience. Our waters didn't even go below half full a single time. We will definitely be back to my new favorite fancy ass steak place. (PS. To the people complaining that your steaks were undercooked, there's a Long Horn Steak House up the road, you can get your overcooked garbage steaks there.) Thank you Fleming's, for refusing to serve overcooked garbage steaks.
