The day before renewal, Karol Gilbert had done nothing for any insurance quotes. She was provided the information weeks in advance to do comparison quotes. First off, Karol (our representative at Godwin) did a comprehensive review of our coverages and reviewed it with us item by item. This is something we were told came with our service but I now believe it was probably an algorithm and not a professional looking after us. Karol discovered gaps in our coverage that could have crippled us had certain unfortunate events occurred.
