The old lady at the front desk and who answers the phone candice roper is nasty and they are cheats. i have a complaint with the insurance commission as we speak for trying to insure my vehicle through my daughter who is a non owner thereby messing me up with my own insurance and causing confusion with the DMV> Theyre crooks. Dont deal with them!!
I didn’t have any issues until my wife was involved in a traffic accident. Once we looked to Mr Just and Allstate for help after the accident, which she was NOT at fault, they would not return calls or emails. It is simply unacceptable for a company to sacrifice customer service for increased revenues through cutting corners during a claim. I switched companies and saved almost $1000 a year.
