I was talked down to , I was told I was rude , and this was coming from Rhiannon office manager at Mathew young Geico in Greensboro I am not very articulate when it comes to talking to someone that is actually being rude to me . All I wanted to do is get insurance with Mathew young insurance Geico representative, and get my friend a referral fee now I'm not going to deal with Mathew young because my feelings were hurt by Rhiannon Mathews office mgr. she made me feel like l was less than because I have a speech impediment when I feel like I'm being talked down to and my words and memory get twisted
The people were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The office decor was a little rugged.
It is an absolute pleasure working with Dawn. She does a fantastic job and is so easy to work with! I recommend Young Insurance Group to anyone who is looking for insurance.
