Denise was very professional, pleasant and very helpful.
Took my car here for an oil change. They said my oil pan needed to be replaced and they wouldn't change my oil unless I would let them fix my oil leak. Wanted me to pay ALOT of money. I said no and left. I had my dad who works on cars look at it when I was in town. He saw that the bolt holding the pan was stripped from dumb car shops. The bolt was making the pan loose and causing me oil leaks. He bought a new bolt and a new oil filter and everything is fine. I can't trust car shops for nothing.
They also do not honor special offers emailed from AAA and overcharge on the services. When confronted about the situation they lied about what occurred during the time of service in order to close the complaint I had. Once I spoke with my significant other the same day they told me that what the manager told me occurred did not happen. I posted on the BBB about the situation and they responded with a comment saying I was being misleading and inaccurate. Very shady business. I would highly recommend staying away. They have multiple complaints across multiple reviewing websites for people complaining about the same types of issues. That is not how a business should interact with the public.
