Really disappointment in the service of this place. I was looking forward to finding a shop close to my work that I could get oil changes at during lunch since I need to get them every couple of weeks because I drive so much but I will never go back. I had an appointment at 12:30 and got there at 12:25. When I went in I was told they were running a little behind and then the man grabbed forks and went into the back and never came back in. They didn't take our names or keys or even give any signs that they wanted me or my coworker who was also getting an oil change that they even cared to have our business. There was one car in the shop that wasn't even being worked on, so I am pretty sure "them running behind" was code word for lunch time. If we were there during their lunch time they shouldn't have said they could take us at 12:30. After sitting there for 20 minutes with no one in the office we finally walked out and there were 3 men standing talking in the garage who didn't bother to say a word to us as we left.
I won't go any where else! It's never a long wait time and they are always very friendly!!! Highly recommended♡
This man Really knows how to treat his customers with the upmost respect and he is full of kindness!
