My truck is running great, and when it comes to your daily driver, that kind of confidence is what you need. No second trips, no "whoops, they did it wrong the first time"-- just great service. We'll keep bringing our vehicles to Webster's as long as they're in business.
Excellent service, very knowledgeable and affordable prices. Aftee the service I received on my first visit, they have a customer for life.
Great for imports. Good service.
This place isn’t fancy with those high overhead costs (like big dealerships on major thoroughfares), but it is a place with honest mechanics doing quality work. Webster’s worked on our (former) 2000 Honda Accord and on our current Odyssey. I know they’ll call to go over items and expenses when they exceed anticipated costs. The waiting room is reasonably comfortable with complimentary coffee & water. We’re pleased with the quality and cost of needed repairs here and recommend Webster’s to folks looking for honest mechanics without games, gimmicks, up selling, etc.
I've had my 1985 4Runner in to Webster's twice for pretty big jobs. The first was a head rebuild, the second a full front axle service. Roger, Will, and co. are terrific to work with. They'll let you know exactly what needs to be done and do their best to save you money along the way. Not only do they do terrific work, but they're also just a bunch of great folks. After springing a surprise coolant leak on the way to the shop to pick up my truck, they went out of their way to try to help us find a suitable replacement hose to hold us over until we could order a replacement.
My Acura had a transmission "judder" problem, which was a term I did not know about. I made an appointment with Websters, and was told, I need a new transmission, costing $8K, however they said they have a "band aid" fix that won"t last long. The service manager pulled a 2012 Acura service bulletin, outlining the problem and a fix. I called another repair place, they told me about a 2016 service bulletin that would fix the problem, and told me I DO NOT need a new transmission. Not only did Websters use the 2012 service bulletin and incorrectly did the fix, they still insisted I need a new transmission or sell the car. This type of od a service is actually criminal, and I donot recommend this company to anyone.
