I will definitely visit again. Their customer service is ridiculously great, not to mention the one complimentary snack offered. Allen was really nice. My appointment was at 9am. Even though I was a few minutes late, they still got me out by 10 am. They set their appointments an hour apart.
Went to Beamer Tire for an oil change. Was greeted by friendly and helpful customer service. While waiting, learned about brake pads and other essential car maintenance by a video in the waiting room. Or, I could have watched TV. The entire waiting area was super clean, uncluttered and inviting!!!! Had an appointment and work was done in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend Beamer Tire for their efficiency, friendliness and car maintenance knowledge.
Have visited them now exclusively over the past few years for all regular maintenance and major repairs. A few times they have found the problem quickly (broken tail light) and replaced no charge - who does that? They are the most friendly and honest folks I know and our household is now committed customers.
Beamer Tire and Auto has been my auto shop since I move to Greensboro 3 years ago. I went to Beamer first due to flat tire and they were the nearest shop. Like the other review, they repaired my tire rather than trying to sell me a new one. They have been consistently honest, and helpful. I was lucky that a flat tire helped me find a great shop in a new city.
Love the customer service and professionalism here! They were so polite, knowledgeable, honest, and acted as if they truly appreciated my business. Even though I was using a Groupon, they still were respectful and showed the same hospitality as someone paying full price. They have free coffee and snacks, a clean restroom, comfortable waiting area and competitive pricing. They didn't find a million issues with my vehicle and the oil change stickers look more professional and neat (it's in the details for me). I will most definitely be going back even without a discount.
