The guys here are always very friendly and helpful and go beyond the call of duty.

They get 3 stars for their mechanics despite Dave, their new retarded manager. Do everything to avoid the manager. All he can do is talk and complain, I've never seen him do any work. Who hired this guy? Anybody would be better. His memory is like talking to someone on drugs constantly. That being said the mechanics there are courteous, smart, and friendly. I'm still thinking of switching auto places just due to the horrible management and I've been going there 10 years. Bless the mechanics, down with Dave.

Have been a loyal customer for years until recently. Manager (Dave) was not receptive of my complaint/issue and insisted that there was no wrong on their part for releasing my vehicle to an unauthorized individual (07/25/17) simply because they knew where my vehicle was and paid the bill. I was not aware of the pickup until the individual called me and informed me, this is unacceptable that anyone who pays the bill can receive the vehicle if their name is NOT on the account or has the owners permission to retrieve it. Dave snidely apologized for the "misunderstanding" and began to talk about his "great judge of female character" due to him raising 2 daughters. His response and attitude toward the whole situation was lack there of appropriate for a manager. I've called corporate customer service and left a message (7/25/17) since it was after hours and the customer service number today (since 8 am) continues to go to voicemail. My vehicle is still there for diagnostic of my brakes (which were worse than when originally brought in) and I will NEVER return to Precision Tune for any future service.

Came in to get the complimentary brake inspection. Got a wildly overcharged quote. Decided to get my own parts, and took them in to get put in. They kept coming up with new things to charge me when they got my car in. $59.99 here and there. Never, ever going back here again. They love to surprise you with new quotes while they're already doing work on your car.

I got to Precision when the doors opened because I was pressed for time thinking I'd only be there atleast 30 minutes. I was only getting an oil change. I got there at 7:55am. I did not leave this shop until 11:00!!! I was pretty frustrated. I asked the guy was there something I shoulda done differently because why was u here for 3 hours for a simple oil change. Then after they finished, the manager wanted to take me to the ship area and give me a 30 minute run down of the fluids they took from my car, what they look like, and what they actually should look like!!! I was beside myself. So, needless to say, that won't happen again.
