Pricey but So much fun even just to visit everyone else's pets.
Horrible!! Booked a 7am grooming appointment a month in advance. Then a few days before the appointment, I received a call that they needed to move it to a later one but that I can still leave my dog at 7am if needed. Later appointments meant that I won’t be able to pick up my dog at a time that works for my schedule. Moreover, if I drop my dog early then she will end up in a crate for longer hours — which she is not accustomed to. I tried to reschedule for a different day but same time, but of course they were booked and I’ll have to wait for weeks. It sounded like they gave my appointment to someone else and didn’t honored mine. Not going back again!! So unprofessional!!! I would have understood if it was a last minute appointment, but it was booked months in advance and it was for a reason!! Unreliable. The person I spoke with in the phone wasn’t even apologetic. Smh!!
Went in to have my dog groomed and the groomer Brynn was very rude about the shots records for my dog. They did an ok job, but I was very put off by this attitude she had and trying to make me look dumb. Not going there again.
Employees there are great, but it's absolutely insane that I have to search petsmarts website ever time I go in to make sure I'm not paying a lot more for a product. Management really needs to just match the prices on the website on the floor and be done with it.
Don’t ask questions or your bothering them! Went on the website before I came and the petsmart website said a 10 gallon tank was needed for a leopard gecko the girl told me she could not sell it to me with out buying the 20 gallon tank?!?! What???
