Everyone is very polite and respond quickly when I call with questions. The doctors are very easy to work with. They do well with regular care. My poor kitty has been suffering with a skin issue for a year now and I just now saw an extremely expensive vet specialist to hopefully figure out the issue.
Truly a wonderful vet hospital! Compassionate, service oriented and professional staff. Extremely knowledgeable doctors; especially Dr. Mitchell. The hospital is clean and well organized. A great experience for both people and animals.
You can tell that Dr. Mitchell truly cares about her pet patients. I do not plan on taking our boys (6 dogs) to anyone else! She is the best!!!
I am not sure why I have not offered an online review of NEAH to date. I have been using Dr. Sims and Dr. Mitchell's veterinary services for twenty years, well before the grand opening of their own venture in 2000. I have always been very active promoting the practice using word of mouth, today I am writing my testimonial. Simply put, over the years we have have smiled, rejoiced and cried together. I could not imagine using primary vet care from anywhere else. The doctors and staff that they choose in their practice reflect their personal professionalism and their love of animals. It all starts when you walk through the front doors. The office staff is always compassionate, friendly and very helpful. The atmosphere of the central waiting room and the exam rooms are always very clean and welcoming. Then comes the primary reason why I followed when they went out on their own.... they are excellent doctors. I trust them wholeheartedly and greatly appreciate their expertise and service. A big THANK YOU to the staff and the doctors!
I have been taking my animals to this hospital since they opened. I have always been highly satisfied by their professionalism and the care that they give, not only to the animals but to the owners as well. I have met all of the doctors over the years and have liked them all. The staff are wonderful and caring also. I would certainly recommend this facility to anyone who needs a good vet.
