Everything was on time and they actually arrived to my place earlier, there were no delays. All the items were perfectly moved with no damages or losses. The guys were very friendly and it brought a nice atmosphere, because moving can be quite daunting and the last thing you want is for the workers to have attitude. Great company, big thumbs up!
Initially appeared to be a great company to work with. But once problems were reportedly encountered with the truck(s) "breaking down", communication became zero. We had explained from the outset that the apartment being moved from had to be vacated by the end October 2017. Move was set for the last weekend in October. We were left in a position of no answers to multiple attempts at contacting this company, knowing we had to vacate the apartment with only 2 days remaining. Our only alternative was a 600+ mile drive, rent a truck, load the truck, and drive 600+ miles back, and then unload the truck - all of which we had planned to avoid. I wish there was a choice of less than 1 star! Stay away from this company!!
I would highly recommend working with State To State Movers! From the moment I called in I spoke with Krista and she was wonderful and very informative. I had to move quickly due to job relocation so I needed to work with company that was quick and effecient. New Planet did not dissappoint! Give them a shot, it will be well worth it!
From the moment they arrived and tried to increase the price by $500 I should have known not to go with these guys! Our belongings were picked up 11/16 and still have not arrived! As soon as they have your money you are screwed! We recently received a call saying our things are now damaged! So not only has our stuff been sitting in their storage for 3 weeks because it hasn’t been convenient for them to deliver, but now knowing valuables are damaged is the worst!! I’m sure they can move things from one side of town to another but if you are moving out of state go with another company!! This has been THE MOST STRESSFUL EXPERIENCE! If you have any issues the attitude you will be given by the owner is ridiculous! Anytime I speak to the owner he has non stop banter to feed me. Trying to explain why for a three day drive, the truck has take three weeks! Movers BEWARE!!!
They didn't disappoint us and fulfilled all their promises. The most important to any of us, who is planning a move is price and quality, I guess. Going with State To State Movers I was pleased with both. Their prices are average and I had no problems with delays or damages. They did their best wrapping my delicate items, plus they helped me to install all the appliances upon arrival to my new home. Nice guys and great costumer service.
