Unprofessional! Was given a quote over the phone ended up being three times more than quote. Forgot items that I had to remind them to pick up. Lost and broke many items. 2 hours late to drop off. Would never recommend to anyone. What a mistake!! Would not give them one star but had to in order to post.
I have used Austin's 3 times, and every time been extremely happy with the move. The owner and his crews are very polite, on time, and take great care of your items. Would highly recommend to anyone in the area to give these guys a call.
I've used Austin's Moving Company twice in the past year and each time they've done a great job! The three men that helped me move this time were professional and worked very fast yet diligently with my belongings. They went above and beyond by wrapping items that I didn't even know should have been wrapped. It was a lot of work having to transport things up & down three flights of stairs multiple times in the middle of the summer but not once did they complain. Their positive energy & willingness to go the extra mile will definitely earn my business if I decide to move again.

Despite a mix up that resulted in only 2 movers when I ordered 3, my experience was a great one. I moved 3rd floor to 3rd floor in an apartment. When I expressed concern of only 2 completing the move, the owner Cecil sent 2 additional movers. The team worked hard, swiftly, and did not damage any items. The team was upbeat and friendly and even came in under budget. I would highly recommend.
