The waitress, Amber was very nice and considerate. She definitely gets 5 stars because of her hospitality and sense of urgency. The wings were very tasty despite the Mustard BBQ flavored-ones. They looked half-cooked. Overall, this may be my Monday night football spot for wings and a cold one. Go Philadelphia Eagles!!!
I really enjoyed our visit.. Great service .very helpful server. Food was delicious.i had the 3 combo platter ..pulled pork,smoked wings,and smoked chicken breast .fire grilled corn and baked beans ...it was all amazing ..i have found a new best place to eat my smokehouse favorites ..the closest one to where i live is 65 miles away ..but we love to drive and eat a great meal
Wow. This is always been our go to place whenever we were in Greensboro or passing through. Was recently there as I was taking a road trip to go take my daughter back to school. And had the absolute worst time ever. First I would like to say that the food still was pretty good. Not any issue with that at all. However my waitress that went by AP was the worst I have ever had. Not only did it take her 15 minutes to get us drinks initially. It took her another 15 minutes to get me a refill. Then she proceeded to take 20 minutes in the restroom when I clearly see what looked to be her going in there with her phone. Me being in the customer service business that usually tells me that the employee is going to the restroom to get on their phone. And with all this being said she forgot that my food was supposed to come with an extra item that I ordered. So when I mentioned this to her after I pretty much ate the rest of my food. She looks to me as if I had eight the item already and was trying to get more. Again I am in the customer service business that is something that I would never do. At that point me and my daughter got boxes and we left. The first time I have ever left the place without leaving a tip. Please someone fix whatever issues that are going on as was mentioned this was our go-to spot two or three times a year.
My friend and I dined here yesterday, 11/12/17, for lunch. The food was excellent but the service was terrible. It wasn’t very busy and we were seated next to the bar. It took about 10 minutes to even place our drink order! Once we got our drinks we put our food order in and didn’t have to wait too long for our food - and like I said, it was delicious. Our waitress didn’t come back around for over 25 minutes. My drink sat empty for 20 minutes. When she finally came back, we asked for refills and more sour cream. Got the refills, never got the sour cream. We spotted our waitress sitting down, eating, talking, and watching a football game. We had to continuously ask other servers for things. By the time I got to enjoy my food after getting a refill, it was cold. My friend had a hard time enjoying her nachos because she waited for the sour cream that never came. I’ve been here several times and not had any qualms but yesterday was just ridiculous. If you’re going on break, have someone cover your section or go sit and eat where your customers can’t see you while they’re waiting for you.
I just went here to eat with my friends and Randy was our waiter. He was awesome! He was so nice and funny. He really knew the menu and could give us some suggestions on what to order. The food was great and so was Randy!
