Fun place for the kids. They removed the comfortable seating for adults. I really don’t want to sit for over an hour on a hard plastic chair. I miss the couches.

When I went with my friend we had a blast,a and we had fun the people there where really nice and the paintless paintball was fun as well,and I like the design,but I see few things it lacks,but can easily get fixed,a and the people working are really nice,but they just need more people,hoping come really soon, I'm 14 but still fun for a kid my age
Scheduled a birthday party for my toddler during toddler time. Showed up with 12 toddlers the day of and no one was there. Building was closed and couldn't reach anyone by phone. When we finally got someone after having to change plans with 12 toddlers (guess how easy that was), we were offered a half-hearted apology and no recompense at all other than "you can come back next week." We went back later in the day (because we had promised our toddler she could jump that day) and when we asked about free passes for a rescheduled b-day party we were denied. Our toddler was allowed to jump free that day, but it seemed like that was a nuisance to them. They do not seem to care about customer service at all. Will not be returning and will recommend one of the other places in town to jump for the future.
