Extremely disappointing. My daughter and I rarely have a complaint in an Olive Garden, but the night we last ate at this one, the whole experience was bad. Our food was okay, but our service was pitiful. We could tell our server was new, and at one point my daughter asked me, "Can you be TOO patient?" We never got our wine sample (we probably would have bought some!) and the server never had his cheese grater with him. But here's where my patience ended: he offered to box up our meals and PUT MY PLATE OF FOOD ON ANOTHER UNBUSSED TABLE! I finally said something, though in a very nice way. Apparently he had little or NO training at all. We will not return to this restaurant.
Olive Garden provides a nice stop when taking a long car trip. The food is good and plentiful, and service is fast. Hard to go wrong!
The food is good but the quality of their meats has went down. Such as the chicken. It taste and looks more like processed meat instead real white breast meat. Other than that the food is very good. If they would change the quality if their meats I would give them five stars. Service is always fast and Good too.
Great night out. Wine opened at the table. Salad, bread, soup and our meals were all brought out and refilled quickly and served hot. Service was great, Oscar is the man. Never felt forgotten or bothered. They had a way to take the bolt home even though it wasn't empty. It was busy but we were seated quickly. Easy to get into and out of. This location has been here for at least over 20 years, so it has that going for it. Will go again.
Great food. Service is usually good but today it was very poor due to the server. She took a very long time before asking for our drink choice. I wasn't offered any complimentary wine that's usually offered. I receive my reg beverage in a broken glass which was replaced. Wasn't offered soup just assumed I wanted salad. A table which came in 20 min later hot better service from the same waitress. Was stingy with the cheese. She just seemed not to enjoy her job and we also heard her yelling/arguing with someone in the kitchen area. We received hard breadsticks. Another waitress brought better ones. Regular food was great. Olive garden makes wonderful dishes and they usually have a friendly staff. Not sure what the issue was with the lady today. But she took away from this review getting 5 stars.
