Such a great burger and fresh, fantastic fries! Staff is friendly, but a little pricey. Good overall!!
Employees are helpful and service is pretty quick usually. They're also near all the shops, so it's a good spot for a burger.
The food, while a tad on the pricey side (*expect to spend, on rough average, approximately $10/person to eat here) for such seemingly 'ordinary' fare, is always made fresh and from the very best (*highest quality) of ingredients. In addition, while it is certainly true that they only offer burgers, hot dogs, and french fries, those three things are done to such perfection that their very 'commonness' and ubiquity become subsumed by the inescapable fact that they are simply & undeniably delicious.
To begin with, I've never had anything even remotely resembling a bad experience with '5 Guys'.
This particular location can further boast of having employees who were (at least during my visit there) not only fast & competent but friendly & utterly accommodating as well.

Simply put:
Food is good. Service SUCKS! Our order was taken but the guy that took our order accidentally deleted one of the burgers, then the manager argues that the burger was not on the screen even when the guy admitted to deleting it. The manager did not offer to retake the order but continued to argue. Terrible service, not going there again!

I had to write a review about how awesome the staff was to me last week. When I went to pay, my card was declined. I ended up finding out my card had been hacked & account empty but what made five guys so awesome was once I told them to cancel the order since I had no cash & needed to figure out what was going on with my card, they went ahead and took care of the order for me. Told me not to worry about paying. How amazing is that! And as always the food is great. Love the burger & Cajun style fries. Quick friendly service.
